OE-core has switched to using blacksail release name. Adjust
LAYERSERIES_COMPAT accordingly.

Drop whinlatter and wrynose: since xdp-tools moved to meta-oe master,
the afxdp PACKAGECONFIG has no provider on those releases, which use
their own meta-dpdk branches.
