ti-core-initramfs.inc appends the initramfs image file to
IMAGE_BOOT_FILES. A weak default (?=) elsewhere in the same variable's
assignment chain can silently drop that append depending on include
order, so switch k3.inc's own default to a normal append (+=) to
guarantee the required boot files are never clobbered.
