Correct spelling errors in the machine include README documentation
for both ARM and x86 architectures to improve clarity.

- Fix TUNE_PKGACH -> TUNE_PKGARCH in ARM README.
- Fix "to to" duplication in x86 README.

Definition is also misspelled.
