The current graphics driver does not officially support Weston 16. I can run the full test suite for graphics, and see if this move is feasible. If we can't move to 16, then someone needs to backport the 15 files from oe-core and setup the needed version for weston in the ti-bsp file. Otherwise we need to wait for the next version of the > driver. We first need to resolve the build breakage in master, since OE-Core now only has version 16.0.0 of weston. The driver support for weston 16 is a runtime issue.
