For native recipes, the prefix variable is not '/usr', resulting
in iperf3-native searching for wrong location for ssl.h.

Fix to use the correct location to find ssl.h.

With this fix, iperf3, iperf3-native, nativesdk-iperf3 all succeed
to build.
