libaccountsservice uses sd-login for its session tracking and links against libsystemd or libelogind unconditionally. There is no elogind recipe to satisfy the alternative, so on sysvinit distros configure fails: meson.build:206:2: ERROR: Assert failed: systemd required but not found Declare the requirement so that the recipe is skipped there.
