test_runtime_dir_unreachable_xdg_runtime_dir_warns hardcodes the glibc
strerror(ELOOP) text "Too many levels of symbolic links", whereas musl
reports "Symbolic link loop". Backport the upstream fix which uses
os.strerror() instead.
