Upgrade to release 40.44.0:

- Fix: allow repeated digits in pt_BR CPF and RG generators
- Fix: keep en_CA SINs out of the 0 and 8 series
- Fix: use Luhn check digit for no_NO Postgiro (0000) BBANs
- Fix: en_GB VAT ID generation
