systemd-tmpfiles warns about the legacy path:

  /etc/tmpfiles.d/squid.conf:1: Line references path below legacy
  directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/squid → /run/squid; please
  update the tmpfiles.d/ drop-in file accordingly.
