[meta-oe,1/5] spice-guest-vdagent: add recipe

The spice-vdagent needs to be running alongside qemu-guest-agent on
virtualizationguest systems that are using the spice protocol to
get seamless integration.

This patch shouldn't be applied. phodav is only needed on the guest 
system so installing it with gnome-boxes is nonsense.
