1) Drop MIPS and PPC lines since we should refer to only those arches
   tested by the autobuilder.
2) Add entries for both 32-bit and 64-bit RISC-V machines.

A similar fix is needed for meta-yocto:

  will do, but i will now embarrass myself by admitting that i did not
even know that that layer existed.

Please only add qemuriscv64, the 32 bit version is in a different state
to the 64 bit one (as documented in the support matrix).
