[1/4] uboot-sign: make the type of the tee image node configurable

The tee image node is always typed "tee", but some SPLs, such as the
Qualcomm one, expect OP-TEE in a "firmware" typed node.

Add UBOOT_FIT_TEE_TYPE, defaulting to "tee", to set the node type.
