This patch applies the upstream fix as referenced in [2],
using the commit shown in [1].

Reject a GnuTLS send result larger than the supplied buffer before
advancing the buffer pointer or subtracting the remaining length.
The advisory's trigger requires GnuTLS and WebSockets.
