Weston 16.0 removed both the screen-share module [1] and
fullscreen-shell [2], and the 16.0 upgrade dropped their
PACKAGECONFIGs, but weston.ini still carries a [screen-share] section
launching weston with fullscreen-shell.so. Nothing reads it any more,
so remove it.
