- Upstream PR #122 was reverted and replaced by appending ldflags to
  lddlflags at configure time.
  perl recipe already passes -Alddlflags=' ${LDFLAGS}',

- Verified LDFLAGS still reach the libperl.so link (perl do_compile log,
  qemux86-64) after removing the patch.
