Release notes [1]:
* Fixed CVE-2026-25646 (high severity):
  Heap buffer overflow in `png_set_quantize`.
  (Reported and fixed by Joshua Inscoe.)
* Resolved an oss-fuzz build issue involving nalloc.
  (Contributed by Philippe Antoine.)
