Almost all of the patch changes are from not using devtool to generate
them.  This is fine, but if you are going to do it by hand, please do:
git format-patch -N --no-signature <tag>..HEAD

Also, since you are just updating the patches, you probably don't need
to add your s-o-b line.  Otherwise, we'll have a never ending list of
them for each version update :)
