+    INTERFACE_LINK_LIBRARIES "PkgConfig::spng"

+in the libjpeg-turbo::turbojpeg and libjpeg-turbo::turbojpeg-static
+target properties.  Thus, our CMake package config file needs to find
+those dependencies.
