Sad to see this go. I do have some of this working again locally,
but it requires pulling back in all the PDK build infra into meta-ti.
So no good reason to have this in meta-arago if it cannot be built
currently.

If DSP programming support ever does reemerge, the low level interfaces
like OpenMP/OpenCL and compilers would probably belong in meta-ti IMHO.
So either way, for removing this from meta-arago,
